If you’re dreaming about converting your attic or extending and making your house bigger or brighter, the Home Renovation Loan is the one for you. It’s for borrowings of €20,000 – €120,000* at a great low rate of 8.2% (8.49% APR).
If you want to improve the energy efficiency and comfort of your home as well as significantly reducing your energy bills and carbon footprint while protecting our environment take a look at our new discounted Green Loans for Home Improvements. This green/energy efficient loan for home improvements is offered at a discounted rate from 6.9% APR 7.1%.
